A chartered accountant and former plc finance director, David founded Haggie Financial in 1986. During his many years in PR David has been involved with companies in virtually every quoted sector from property, technology and engineering through to financial services.

Account Director
Juliet has over nine years of experience in corporate and financial public relations, acting for companies and trade bodies in a number of sectors, including financial services, construction, technology and recruitment. Prior to Haggie Financial she managed the British Chambers of Commerce account and won the PR Week Award for "Best Marketing (Business) Campaign in 2003. Since joining Haggie in 2004 she has specialised in the insurance sector, including M&A, IPOs, fundraisings and financial calendar work for both FTSE and AIM listed companies. Her clients have included Brit Insurance, Amlin, Omega, Glacier Group, CNA Europe and Munich Re.

Louise came to Haggie Financial from Heath Lambert where she worked on all internal and external communications. Before that she worked at the financial PR agency Lansons Communications working across a wide range of high profile financial sector clients including Scottish Widows, Prudential, Saga and Fidelity, targeting regional, national, trade and broadcast media. Since joining the team she has worked with various clients including QBE, Canopius Group and Ruxley Ventures.

Office Manager
Rowena has over 15 years experience in office management including finance, administration and the human resource function. Before joining the Group in 2005 she worked in sectors such as marketing, IT consultancy, property and retail.
Peter Rigby (e-mail)

As a broker with Aon for 14 years, Peter has first-hand knowledge of the insurance and reinsurance markets in London, New York and Singapore and the issues the sector faces. Since moving into the communications sector in 1999 he has advised companies on all aspects of financial PR and corporate communications with expertise in corporate activity including M&A and stock market flotations.

With 16 years of experience in corporate communications and journalism in the insurance and financial services industries based in London, Zurich and Hong Kong, Samantha has an excellent understanding of clients' diverse and complex communications needs. She was latterly Deputy Head of Global Media Relations at Swiss Re in Zurich and Head of UK Media Relations at Swiss Re in London.Since joining Haggie in 2008 Sam has worked with clients such as QBE, Amlin and Munich Re.

Before joining Haggie Financial, Matthew worked in house for a number of accountancy firms including Deloitte and BDO Stoy Hayward, where he specialised in press relations for the Tax and Forensic departments. Matthew has also worked as a financial journalist writing for Finance Week, Hemscott and editing Moneywhispers.com and has extensive experience in PR agencies, including working with Nicola Horlick, Artemis fund managers and Smith and Williamson. His clients include QBE, Canopius and Provexis plc.

With an MA in History from University College Dublin, a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Relations from the Fitzwilliam Institute and an internship with Chambers Ireland, Brian is well placed to assist the rest of the team working across all clients.

Clare graduated with a degree in History from Nottingham Trent University and has worked in a variety of sectors including finance, property and architecture.
With over 5 years of PA, receptionist and administrative experience as well as a sound knowledge of social and digital media, Clare plays a key part in office life.
